What experience is required to become a franchisee?
Experience in ABA or other medical/healthcare fields is NOT required!​ You will participate in expansive training to ensure you and your staff are fully prepared and empowered to run your business. Between in-person, remote, and on-demand training, you will have over 100 hours of material available to you, ensuring you and your team can focus on what matters: bringing excellence in care to your community!

Additionally, our franchise supports either owner-operated or part-time ownership models.
What is your territory size?
Is mine available?
Our territories are generally 3-square miles around your location. Your territory is established by evaluating several key factors, including total population, population under the age of 6, median household income, population growth rate, and other external factors. We will go over all this on a Territory Call, including sending you territory reports!

How much does it cost to run the business?
There are two main expenses when investing in this franchise: pre-opening and operating. For pre-opening expenses, most are outlined within Item 7 of our FDD.

For operating expenses, these include items like payroll and rent, as well as other fees, marketing, utilities, insurance, depreciation, and more. Take a look at our Investment and Financials page for more.

How big would my clinic be?
How many kids can enroll?
Generally, your facility will be between 2,500 and 5,000 square feet. There are other considerations included, such as the number of rooms, bathrooms, and other spaces.

Our maximum caseload is 12 kids per BCBA - this helps ensure our excellence in care! Generally, you will have room for one caseload (12 kids) for 2,500 square feet and two caseloads (24 kids) for 5,000 square feet.

How much money will I make?
The amount of money your clinic will make will depend on a variety of factors and how you run your business. We have disclosed historical performance within our Franchise Disclosure Document.

How to I keep my clinic staffed?
Staff retention is a huge key to maintaining long-term success in your business. From the jump, our team will help you when it comes to building your staff. Between your BCBA and your RBTs, we have several retention strategies and policies in place.
